Personalized Tervis Tumblers – Colleges – ACC

Way back in 1946, two Detroit Engineers by the names of Frank Cotter and G. Howlett Davis created the first insulated tumbler. They decided to name their company by taking the last three letters of each of their last names and let a coin flip decide on Tervis. It probably worked out better because Vister doesn’t really have the same ring to it.

Not too long after the Tervis brand was bought and relocated to Osprey, Florida by John C. Winslow, where the first storefront was opened. Over the years since then, the sizes have grown and they have added many new items to their store, including coffee mugs, wine glasses, and most recently stainless steel tumblers. There are many different designs you could get from all areas of life, and some are personalizable.

You will notice a few of these are personalizable with your own pictures as well as text. Tervis is working on making more available like this so I will keep you updated as they become available. These customizations are included in the price. The Logo tumblers are only customizable with text, and it will cost an additional $5 to do that.

You can choose from different sizes, the photo tumblers come in both 20oz. as well as 24 oz, and the Logo tumblers range from 10oz. to 24 oz. The price listed is for the specific size shown, but you are able to change the size when you are choosing the tumbler.

There is a lifetime guarantee on the classic double-walled plastic line of drinkware which has defects, and there is also a 5-year limited guarantee on the stainless steel options. Normal wear and tear obviously are not covered, but it is nice to know if there is a manufacturer defect after you purchase the item it will be replaced with the same item.
